Refund and Returns Policy

At Acura TL Spare Parts, we want you to shop with confidence, knowing that every part you purchase is backed by our clear and fair returns process. Please read the following policy carefully to understand your rights and responsibilities when returning an item.

1. Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be in its original condition, unused, and free from damage.

  • All original packaging, labels, and documentation must be included.

  • Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Electrical components or sensors (due to manufacturer policy)

  • Parts that have been installed, used, or altered

  • Custom or special-order parts sourced specifically for your order

  • Discontinued or clearance items

3. Return Process

  1. Contact Us – Email us at 📧 sales@acuratlspareparts.com to request a Return Authorization Number (RAN).

  2. Package the Item – Securely pack the part in its original packaging.

  3. Ship the Return – Send the item to the return address provided by our team. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.

4. Restocking Fees

  • A 15% restocking fee may apply to returned items, especially for non-defective returns.

  • Restocking fees are waived if the return is the result of a shipping error or a defective part.

5. Refund Processing

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after inspection and approval of the returned item.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable, except when the return is due to our error.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue.

  • We will arrange a replacement or issue a full refund at no additional cost.

7. Exchanges

We offer exchanges for eligible parts. The process is similar to returns — simply request an exchange instead of a refund when contacting our team.
